Work with a long-term-minded team

We believe the ability to price scarce assets comes from industry knowledge built over many years. If you are lastingly curious about domains and alternative assets, we would like to hear from you.

The team

Three tracks, one set of standards

Professionalism, integrity, long-termism and LP interests first — the same four principles govern how we hire and how we assess people.

Track one

Investment research

Screening domain targets, building valuation models and producing industry research. We look for strong data skills and independent thinking about how alternative assets are priced.

Typical background: a degree in finance, statistics or computer science, or 2+ years of asset research experience.

Track two

Brokerage

Developing end-buyer relationships, matching transactions and executing exits. We look for strong communication and negotiation skills and a willingness to build an industry network.

Typical background: experience in the domain industry, cross-border transactions or enterprise sales.

Track three

Technology & operations

Building the AI valuation system and data pipelines, and supporting compliant fund operations. We look for people who can translate business language into working systems.

Typical background: back-end or data engineering, fintech, or fund operations experience.

How to apply

How to apply

Please send your CV and a short introduction — setting out how you think about domain assets — to our recruitment inbox, with the subject line formatted as track + your name.

We respond within 5 business days of receiving an application. All application materials are used solely to assess this application; see the Privacy Policy for how they are handled.

What we look for

  • Judgement about scarce assets — being able to explain why a domain is worth a particular price, not just that it "feels like it will go up"
  • A habit of using data — grounding conclusions in transaction records, supply structure and end-user demand
  • A long-term view — building knowledge over long cycles rather than chasing short-term fads
  • Awareness of compliance — understanding where the boundaries of a private fund business lie
